Migration without a freeze
Rewrites that stop the business rarely finish. We prefer incremental paths: move one surface at a time, keep both running during the overlap, and cut over when the new one has proved itself under real traffic.
Integration work
CRMs, payment providers, internal tools and whatever else the business already depends on. The work is mostly about failure cases: what happens when the other side is slow, down, or returns something unexpected.
