Every project has one lead who stays on it from the first call to the handover. There is no account layer between you and the people writing the code, which means answers come back the same day rather than after an internal round trip.

We write down what we agree. Scope, price and date go in a document before the work starts, and when something changes we amend it rather than absorbing it quietly and running late.

We do not take on work we cannot staff properly, and we say so early rather than halfway through. We also do not hand over a site you cannot edit: every build ends with a walkthrough and a written handover.
